Warranty

Every order from Cosmia.pk comes with a 3-day checking warranty. You have 3 days from the date of delivery to check your products thoroughly.

Every product sold on Cosmia.pk is 100% original and sourced from authorized distributors. If you ever receive a product you believe is not genuine, contact us immediately.

During the 3-day checking period, we cover: manufacturing defects, items damaged during shipping, wrong items sent, and expired products received. Just share clear photos of the issue on WhatsApp.

The warranty does not cover: products already opened or used, allergic reactions or skin sensitivity (we recommend a patch test first), damage after delivery due to mishandling, and claims made after the 3-day checking period.
